How to use CBD oil

Taking our CBD Oil is simple:

  1. Shake well before use.
  2. Follow the instructions on the pack for your dosage as follows:
  3. For the 1800mg bottle, administer 1 full dropper (approximately 60mg CBD) directly beneath the tongue.
  4. For the 600mg bottle, administer 2 x full droppers (approximately 30mg CBD per dropper) directly beneath the tongue.
  5. Hold for 90 seconds until fully absorbed, before swallowing.

Top tip: You can also add this CBD oil to herbal tea for a bedtime treat.

Each 1ml of our Night Time Formula contains 60mg CBD.
  • 1 full dropper of our 1800mg bottle contains approximately 1ml of CBD oil.
  • 1 full dropper of our 600mg bottle contains approximately 0.5ml of CBD oil.
